I have been a licensed acupuncturist and practitioner of integrative medicine since 2002, with a commitment to helping people reach their full potential in mind-body-spirit and achieve a state of balance, tranquility and well-being. I focus on the use of Chinese Medicine, nutrition, aromatherapy and life style changes in the treatment of fertility, women’s health, autoimmune disease, anti-aging/facial rejuvenation, digestive disorders, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and chemo/radiation support. As a former dancer and athlete, I feel very strongly about sports injury prevention and treatment.
In addition to my private practice, I share my passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine as a professor and clinical supervisor at Pacific College of Health and Science in New York, where I developed and teach “Facial Acupuncture Techniques”. In the clinic I supervise interns on the “Facial Rejuvenation” shift. I’m currently the Academic Dean of Graduate Studies and Department chair of Clinical Practice.
My formal education includes a Master’s degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine and a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.
A native of the mediterranean island of Cyprus, I love swimming, dancing, exercising, yoga, meditation, gardening and cooking.
